Ritorno al passato parte prima..

Buongiorno care amiche, scusate sempre le mie lunghe pause spero presto di rimettermi in pari con produzioni di nuove cose, ma prima di tutto devo finire due cose promesse.....per Rosa e per Maddy.

Vi voglio parlare di questa cittadina che ho visitato anni fa, un piccolo gioiellino nel cuore del Veneto, si chiama Montagnana.

Io l'ho trovata stupenda, sarà perchè l'animo romantico mi riporta a castelli, battaglie e cavallieri, dame e tornei, sarà anche perchè la mia famiglia ha origine da li, comunque è una tappa che si dovrebbe fare.

La cittadina è circondata ancora dalle mura medioevali, ha 4 porte principali di accesso più alcune pedonali aperte negli anni nelle mura, ha un bel museo di reperti etruschi.

A Montagnana si può assaggiare una leccornia il prosciutto crudo di Montagnana (non me ne vogliano le amiche vegetariane) dolce e morbido.

Una cosa che mi ha colpito di questa cittadina benchè fosse ferragosto ed eravamo lontani dal mare c'erano un sacco di ragazzi giovani alla sera per strada ed anche quando hanno organizzato la tombola in piazza, dalle mie parti ad agosto le città si svuotano ed i pochi ragazzi rimasti non sanno come divertirsi.

Da Montagnana si può poi andare a visitare la vicina Este e Monselice anche li tra ville storiche, musei c'è da perdersi e per la cara Maddy abbiamo anche trovato un ristorante vegetariano.

Ora passiamo con le foto, questa è la mia preferita mi scuso per la qualità ma sono scansioni di foto fatte anni fa.

Le mure della città la parte esterna

La parte interna delle mura, ci sono alcune case che sono state costruite attaccate alle mura, se non ricordo male sono case comunali comunque oggi non si può più fare.

Una delle porte principali, dove si trova il museo, poi c'è anche la rocca degli alberi dove si trova un ostello della gioventù.

Domani se riesco vi posto altre foto, vi ricordo a chi fosse interessato che la prima domenica di settembre a Montagnana si tiene il palio dei 10 comuni, una rievocazione storica dove la città ritorna al passato ed attorno da una parte delle mura c'è la corsa a cavallo.
